Shipping and Returns
Domestic orders can also be dispatched via the Australia Post Express Post network if requested. Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas in Australia. For regional areas, delivery may take longer. There is no charge for this service.
International orders are dispatched via Australia Post Pack & Track International Air Mail. Delivery of your order may take 3-14 days. For international orders, depending on your country of residence, we will cover the import and/or customs duties on your order. We will supply you with a refund of the amount of customs and/or customs duties prior to dispatch of you good. You will then have to pay the customs/ duties to release your order.
Orders will be sent on the same or following business day of order placement. Please allow for weekends and public holidays. Tracking numbers will be provided via email on dispatch. We accept returns/exchanges on items (except reduced or sale items) that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered & unwashed) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your return request within 48 hours of receiving goods.
All garment tags must still be attached to the item. Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own expense. You have 14 days from the date of arrival of your order to send back your item(s). Return postage costs are non-refundable. Once a return has been approved, we will credit your account for the full amount of the item.
